Perry Dekkers
Since 2024, Perry Dekkers has been General Director at Leen Middelburg Chrysanten (LMC), and since the summer of 2025 he has been a member of Zentoo’s board. Within Zentoo, Perry steps into the role of Commercial Director, focusing on the commercial direction of the cooperative. His focus areas include customers, chain strategy, market development, positioning, and strategic growth.
Previously, Perry held commercial leadership roles at Growers United and Dümmen Orange. He will continue to split his time in a 50/50 setup between Zentoo and LMC, where he remains General Director.
Jan Bijleveld
With Jan Bijleveld, Zentoo welcomes an experienced Operational Director with a broad international background in the agro and fresh produce sector. He previously led the operational organisation at Chrysal and later served as CEO at PotatoNext, a potato cooperative. The combination of floriculture, cooperation and entrepreneurship strongly resonates with Jan and matches both his experience and ambitions.
Within Zentoo, Jan will focus on the full operational organisation, with emphasis on packaging processes, chain optimisation, finance, IT & data, and member management. Traceability and further chain development are also key priorities.
Strategic direction
With the arrival of Jan and Perry’s new role, Zentoo consciously chooses a leadership team that combines experience with a fresh perspective on the future. The cooperative sees strong opportunities in market development, digitalisation, sustainability, and further strengthening the position of its growers. The next generation also plays an important role in this. Zentoo continues to invest in a future-proof cooperative where entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration are at the core.
With Perry and Jan in the management team, Zentoo looks confidently ahead to the next phase in its development.
